'Today it was my long long day i was tired and headache since morning"
There can't be two subjects in one sentence; in this case you have "Today" and also "It" as subjects; so you would either say "Today was a long day for me" or "It was a long day for me (today)"
"I was tired and headache" should be - "I was tired and I had a headache"
"Why I still awake at this time..." would be - "Why am i still awake at this time"
"hmmmmm hmmmmmm" should be - "I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU" haha, just kidding
"If you see him pass by you" -- "If you see him passing by"
